Before you unpack and make yourself comfortable, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules at Villa Tijana. Please read the house rules carefully at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can avoid misunderstandings. Please treat our accommodation with the same care you would give your own home. We have put a lot of effort into making the accommodation a beautiful place for our guests to enjoy.

• Maintain cleanliness during your stay. This will make it much easier when you check out!
• If any accidental damage occurs, we will investigate it internally and decide whether and how much to deduct or repair.
• We hope you enjoy your stay and have fun! However, we would ask you to keep noise to a minimum during the night.
• Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Violations of smoking laws are subject to a fine of €250, plus the cost of cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing any damage.
• Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Overnight guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted; a penalty fee of €30 per person per night will be charged.
• Pets are allowed but must be registered. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us prior to their stay.
• Guests are responsible for covering the cost of replacing any lost keys, fobs, or similar items.
• Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. You must report property damage to housekeeping.
• Charging electric vehicles via the house's electrical system is prohibited.
• Booking constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
• Late check-out is available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
• We also offer cleaning with linen change during your stay for an additional charge.
