We are a German family and stay in our house several times a year. During the rest of the time, we are happy to rent the house to guests.

How it all began

Initially, we only wanted a holiday home to meet up with our Serbian relatives halfway along their journey. Then we soon realized that the house would also be suitable for renting out, as we were frequently asked about the possibility of renting it by people we knew. So we started renting it out, first with a local agent and later on our own.

Our team

Jürgen handles all administration, organization, website and customer contact himself.


On site we have our caretaker Niko, our pool boy Dominik and a local cleaning company.


Niko is always available when needed and resolves urgent technical problems.


Dominik comes 3 times a week in the early morning hours to take care of the pool maintenance and pool chemicals; guests usually don't notice anything.


The cleaning company handles all cleaning and laundry services when tenants change.


Sladana helps prepare for the season and handles communication in the local language if any problems arise. She is also responsible for the design and furnishing of the villa.


Tijana is constantly checking the suitability of our accommodation for children.
